Hey, I'm Alaska.
I used to have this 'dream life'. I was a DJ and Designer, living in Berlin. I had a great relationship, a beautiful apartment, exciting jobs, a dreamy instagram feed and all these external cool points, but the truth was,
I was deeply in struggle.
My 'beautiful' relationship was completely toxic, abusive and was dragging me under. I was highly co-dependant, a resentful people pleaser and felt completely unsafe in my life. I was always poor, no matter how 'successful' I was. I felt totally numb and unworthy - disconnected from my needs, my body, my orgasm, my pleasure. I never felt good enough, cool enough, pretty enough, perfect enough. I felt totally alone in this giant city of passing people. I had created this amazing looking life, that I. just. didn't. want.
Then it all came crashing down with the pandemic.
Every single thing I once knew slipped away. My mom went to bed one night and didn't wake up. My boyfriend left for good. My job evaporated overnight. The constant stress of my decaying relationship landed me in hospital with a bleeding ulcer that nearly cost me my life. It was a complete devastation. For a long time, I thought I could just wait it out - like I'd done before with past heartbreaks and tragedies. So I waited and I waited and I waited, but not surprisingly, everything stayed exactly. the. same.
Then one day, walking alone, listening to a podcast - I finally saw the undeniable truth - that if I didn't make a change in the aftermath of this heartbreak - I would be right back here again, in five years, in ten years, rinse. repeat. So in this moment I said YES to my deepest healing and stepped forward into the unknown. Again.
The next year was the most profound, challenging, confronting, inspiring year of my life.
My intense heartbreak called me to heal on the deepest level. Working with my every fear, shame, insecurity, limiting belief, survival strategy, and coping mechanism, so that I could finally be free of this recurring cycle of heartbreak.
Underground, I learned every way I felt unworthy, and I restored myself to wholeness.
I came face to face with my shame, pain, trauma and conditioning and I transmuted it all into my power.
I learned to express my every truth, even the uncomfortable ones, because doing so set me free.
I finally learned to love myself, my body, my beauty. I found my pleasure, orgasm and desire, and learned to let them lead me.
I reconnected with my needs, wants, boundaries and truth and re-created my life in alignment with them all.
I found the self trust that I had lost, and through that, granted myself the permission I needed, to create the life I truly wanted to live.
I became the woman I wished I could have always been - and I just continue becoming Her more and more each day.

10 Private 1:1 Coaching Sessions
Together, we create and hold the vision. We focus our co-created energy on the realisation of your hearts deepest desires - alchemising the heartbreak + anything else that stands in the way of you fully becoming your truest, highest self - Her. In 70 minute sessions, we work at the level of the somatic body and nervous system, utilising experiential and somatic practises to create the powerful, life altering shifts. This is a space of full permission, where all of you is welcome, safe and honoured.
Specialised Embodiment Workshops
Our 1:1 work is supplemented with embodiment workshops, facilitated by Alaska or guest experts - which allow us to deep dive into alchemising the somatic contraction that has been long stored in our bodies through Sacred Movement or Somatic Emotional Release and Recalibration Practises. Before I joined Alaska's program, I had been struggling with accepting my true Self and my sexuality (religious trauma) and was also deeply struggling with letting go of a relationship that was draining me both mentally and energetically.
The way I described it was I had all of the 'elements' of the life I desired, but God had ran out of magic before we got finished.
